TG Escapes eco-buildings – Passivent case study

Passivent has been working with TG Escapes eco-buildings since early 2019, providing its hybrid ventilation system for use in their modular buildings which are constructed offsite at their factory in Coventry.

The Passivent system which TG Escapes use is the Hybrid Aircool and iC8000 multi-zone controller – these draw in and circulate fresh air, removing stale polluted air and optimising indoor air quality, whilst simultaneously ensuring thermal comfort and enhancing occupant wellbeing. The system also meets the requirements of Building Bulletin 101 (Guidelines on ventilation, thermal comfort and indoor air quality) and Building Bulletin 93 (Acoustic design of schools; performance standards).
