Natural Ventilation Design Service

Passivent provides a design service to clients considering the incorporation of natural ventilation within their building design and services strategy. Designs are carried out using relevant documents and guides from CIBSE, BSRIA, DfES and BRE along with specifically developed and independently monitored software tools. Based on information and drawings provided by clients the service is aimed at achieving regulatory compliance and should be considered at the earliest stages of project development.

Environmental Modelling Services

Passivent offer a range of Environmental Modelling Services providing computer modelled environmental predictions for internal spaces in buildings with varying levels of complexity and accuracy. Our services form an invaluable design tool for natural ventilation and daylighting strategies providing solutions to avoid overheating and ensuring comfortable conditions for the building occupiers. In developing these services Passivent have engaged the expertise of the Institute of Energy and Sustainable Development (IESD) of De Montfort University, Leicester who were winners of the 2006 ‘Building Services Environmental Initiative of the Year’ for their work on passive downdraught cooling in city centre buildings and are specialists in the field of advanced computer simulation.

Installation Service

Passivent also offers a full installation service through its network of trained and registered Mastercare installers. With extensive experience and first hand product knowledge they can handle most project requirements from concept to handover.
