Mechanical Extract Ventilation

The system provides boostable extraction from a number of wet rooms in a house or flat. The DC fan is connected to a push button controller with an LED display, allowing stepped boost of the extraction rate. Wall or window vents in ‘dry’ rooms provide fresh air into the dwelling.

- Extraction can be boosted by a manual control if more ventilation is needed.
- Appendix Q rated – good for SAP ratings.
- The DC fan is quiet, and uses little power to run. This leads to fewer carbon emissions and lower running costs than other systems.
