iWAC – Intelligent Window Actuator Controllers

The iWAC is a self contained Intelligent Window Actuator Controller, which operates from a 0/10V positioning signal via Passivent range of controllers.

Typically one iWAC is used in each occupied zone, operating up to six automated windows. However, multiple iWACs can be linked together to operate a larger amount of windows. The intelligent controllers when linked together, communicate with each other allowing one actuator to operate at a time. This saves the expense and space in only needing a DC power supply rated for the largest actuators to be operated. It also provides a ‘smoother’ control operation to the Zone(s) controlled.
