Used as part of an intermittent extract ventilation system where a cooker hood is being installed in the kitchen.

Range of control functions:
- On / off control.
- Manual control of extraction rate by regulator (below fascia).
- Overrun timer (set to between 1 and 30 minutes).
- Passive Infra Red (PIR).
- Humidity Control.
- Over-run timer.
- Humidity control / PIR / overrun timer combined.
