Assisted Ventilation (AV)

A continuously-running central extract system, using a DC fan to simultaneously ventilate a number of 'wet' rooms (e.g. kitchens & bathrooms). Suitable for houses, apartments or multi-occupancy buildings such as nursing homes and student accommodation. Individual room ventilation requirements can be tailored to suit its application, with a wide range of extracts. Wall or window inlets provide fresh air into the dwelling, as air moves from dry rooms to wet rooms along a planned air path.

- Provides 24-hour condensation control.
- A range of extracts are available, including humidity or = occupancy sensitive ones which work automatically, ensuring the room is adequately ventilated.
- The remote location of the fan alleviates noise problems.
- The DC fan is quiet, and uses little power to run. This leads to fewer carbon emissions and lower running costs than other systems.
- Reduces the number of façade penetrations.
- Ideal for special needs as occupant control is not needed.
